AZSPORT Kinesiology Tape Review

I had never thought to use this kind of thing before and now I am glad that I have. I have RA and Chronic Pain Syndrome, so this tape is a no brainer for me. It reduces swelling in painful areas due to injury or in my case chronic issues. This tape is easy to use and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind. As anyone with arthritis knows, restricting the use of the area that is in pain is not a way to resolve pain, and this tape supports without restricting. It is also latex free, which is a huge selling point because when I use it, I don’t end up itching like crazy. I love that this tape can also help prevent pain by providing support. This kinesiology tape is far superior to ace bandages of the past. It is also water resistant, which is the sticky, sweaty, hot south is essential if I am going to be able to use it at all.
