Killer Within Book Review

This book was written by the same person, Jeff Gunhus, that wrote the Jack Templar books. I adore his style of writing and his ability to pull you into the story and make you desperate to know how it ends. This book, Killer Within, is no exception. Written beautifully, this book makes you feel as if you are in the mind of the Killer, and perhaps you are a part of the story as well. Maybe you have never thought of yourself as being capable of killing, but this book shows just how close that line can be for some. Anyone that has ever been walked on in their life can identify with the main character and really feel what he feels, to a point. You instantly feel attracted to Arnie, as if he is your friend, your lover, the one that has the power that draws you into him, and that is how he wants you to feel. You are never sure exactly what the other main character, Allison is up to, right up until the end. When it becomes clear, what a shock you are in for! I won’t spoil it for you, but needless to say this is an amazing book and I couldn’t put it down until I read the whole thing, 3 am and all! You simply must get this book and read it for yourself! As a studying psychologist that has been looking in depth into criminology the last few semesters, this book is an inside to the killer’s mind that is hard to find any where. Great read, amazing author! I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
