Magnesium Citrate Powder For Leg Cramps Review

In my initial research for this product it came to my attention that this could also relieve constipation. After a quick question to the company I was assured that yes this could ease constipation but if that part becomes bothersome to just scale back the dose that you use. I ran with it. I had no ill side effects from this product and there did seem to be a reduction in the amount of leg (and other cramping) that I had been experiencing. Being in a dissolvable powder form this product was much easier for the non-pill taking boyfriend to be able to take. SO I would assume that this would be easier for kids and adults to take as well. This product also helps with bone and teeth health. Magnesium is essential in relaxing your muscles, which is a huge problem when trying to sleep at night. Get some for yourself and see the difference in your sleep.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
